Life Within the Dance

Aktualisiert: vor 2 Tagen

By Florian H. Berndt

If the world dances because Abba, Yeshua and Ruach dance,

if the heart of reality pulses with love,

then the creation itself must be a movement of love

— not an artifact of power,

but the overflow of relational Life.

Abba, Yeshua and Ruach are not static,

“deciding to create”like a craftsman erects an edifice.

Rather, Abba, Yeshua and Ruach are Love Himself,

and that Love is both the source and meaning of all that exists.

The deepest depth of God is not His power,

but His love —and it is this love that creates,

sustains, and redeems.

This echoes the Johannine mystery:“In Him was life

— not merely the life that animates,

but the life that is itself the very being of existence.

Thus creation is life poured outward from the communion of Abba, Yeshua and Ruach,

move upon move of love that spills into all Reality

— a ceaseless exchange of gift and response.

Life Made in the Son.

The “life” made in Messiah —the life that is Messiah —is not something external or arbitrary. It is the self-choosing devotion of the Son to His Abba

— the echo, in the human creature,

of the eternal Son’s eternal choice:

Your will, not mine, be done.”

This is the moment not just of incarnation,

nor merely of redemption,

but of deepest creation itself

— the creation of us,

the beloved,

not as detached beings,

but as beings who may enter into the same life-dance of love.

The life which is made in Messiahis the life of true Sonship,

a life born not from self-assertion,

but from surrender to Abba’s love.

This echoes the profound Johannine truth:

all things were made through Him,

and that which was made in Him was life.

Not merely the “light” of cognition,

but the very substance of being.

This life is not an external gift.

It is the infusion of Messiah’s own obedient heart into ours,

so that His life may become our life.

Creation as Participation in Sonship

If we enter into the dance at the centre,

we are not spectators;

we become participants.

Divine life is not merely given,

but must be chosen

— not by abstract effort,

but by surrendering to Abba’s love.

This is the hinge of human destiny:

to live not according to the self that contends,

but according to the self that yields in love.

This resonates deeply with the truth that our destiny is not solitary immortality,

but participation in the communion of Abba, Yeshua and Ruach.

This participation,

is not passive but responsive:

to live the same kind of self-giving life that Messiah Himself lived.

And here we see how deeply creation and redemption are entwined:

The creative love of Abba, Yeshua and Ruach is the same love that redeems

— a love that forms us into beings who can love like Him,

who can say, with Messiah,“Not my will, but Yours, Abba.

The Light That Is Life

Light is often used as a symbol of divine revelation.

We are reminded that light itself is but a symbol

— a signpost pointing toward something deeper:

life itself.

Yeshua is the Light that reveals Abba.

As such He reveals the Life

— the relational, self-giving, eternal Life —

that He shares with His Abba in Ruach HaKodesh.

In this sense,

creation and redemption converge:

Messiah’s self-giving life becomes the light through which we see our Abba,

and through which we begin to recognize our own place in the eternal dance.

The Bond of the Universe

The astonishing heart of reality is a relationship.

This is not abstract poetry.

It is truth lived in sacred breath:

  • Abba loves His Son.

  • Yeshua loves His Abba.

  • Ruach arises from that love.

And into that infinite exchange of love,

we are invited.

We were not created to be outside this circle of love.

We were created into it.

The Beauty of the Gospel

This is why the Gospel is not a distant reality:

it is the present participation in the life that has always been Abba’s, Yeshua’s and Ruach’s creative and redemptive intention.

We were created out of the mutual love of Abba, Yeshua and Ruach

— a love that drew us into being so that we could belong,

not merely exist.

And Messiah,

the Light and Life,

stands at the centre of that dance,

not merely as Creator,

but as the perfect Son whose very life embodies Abba’s love

— drawing us into the same communion.

Our destiny,

then,

is not to arrive at love,

but to live within it,

to dance it,

to be formed by it,

to become lovers like Him

— surrendering to Abba’s love,

so that His life becomes ours in ever-deepening participation.
